A Pan Indian Destination

The rich Indian cuisine is known for its diversity. Given the range of difference in soil type, climate, culture in the country, these cuisines vary significantly from each other. The use of locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits in the recipes make it one of a kind cuisine. Baluchi has metamorphosed into a trendy eatery dedicated to the prominent states of India. Thus, one can taste Kashmir, Bengal, Kerala, Goa, Rajasthan and Delhi represented in the food and beautifully served on a platter under one roof.

Baluchi’s signature dish is the most loved Dal Baluchi. It is a lip smacking dish that could leave you asking for more. Baluchi is the only restaurant to serve fresh Ganne Ka Rass (Sugarcane juice). Special dishes at the restaurant include dishes like succulent kebabs, fragrant biryanis, Indian curries and breads. Another fun attraction is the Gol Gappa trolly which brings you gol gappas, the most voted street food of India. At Baluchi, you can have it filled with Vodka for a twist.

The restaurant represents the richness of Indian flavours, not only through the extremely palatable food but also through the well designed interiors and the shining copper cutlery used to serve the food.

Baluchi also houses Naanery- The Bread Bar. You can try a selection of artisanal Indian breads baked in an iron tandoor to give it the classic taste. The restaurant’s wine cellar featuring an exclusive range of old and new world wines, makes it the first restaurant in India to pair Indian food with wine. The wonderful wines can be paired with the fine breads and enticing chutney combination for a journey of rich Baluchi taste.
